The Alameda Estates area is bound by Kipling Street on the west, Alameda Avenue on the north, Addenbrook Park on the south, and Garrison Street on the east.
We began our association in 2003 to promote and protect the common interests of the neighbors, keep informed of current developments, investigate issues of area wide concern, and provide citizen input to appropriate governmental agencies.
Our annual dues are $10.00 per family membership. We meet yearly in June and then whenever necessary for any community updates.
Remember on the 1st Monday monthly is the meeting with Ward 3 representative, Shakti.
We gather at Sunrise, Sunset on Wadsworth and Florida at 8:00 a.m. to discuss current issues, actually whatever you want to talk about! On the 3th Saturday monthly from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.,representatives Pete Roybal and Shakti meet at the Phillips United Methodist Church,1450 S. Pierce. Plan your week around these meetings!
On the 1st Saturday of each month,(September through May), at the Arts/Cultural Center across from City Hall, is our town meeting held by Andy Kerr. It begins at 9:30 a.m. and usually has representatives from the city council, from CDOT, from the school board, etc. - and usually a special topic
On the 2nd Saturday of every month, at Green Mtn Presbyterian Church, is the monthly meeting for Ward 4. It begins at 9 a.m. and often has special programs with special representatives.

Ken, Roger & Judy met with Derek & Kamise Mullen of Everitt Farms and expressed the support of the HOA for their urban farm & market.
